Operations Analyst

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst in the Aviation Division.

Key Responsibilities :

Maintain and enhance third-party platform as a product owner, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage the pool mailbox

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports while supporting compliance-related products

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams on product and system integration

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree required; STEM or analytical background preferred

1-4 years of full-time professional experience

Exposure to insurance, operations, or data analysis preferred

Experience with Python, RStudio, or other coding tools is a plus

Strong Excel and data visualization skills (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred
