Supervisor - Doggy Daycare
Woof's Stay & Play is hiring a responsible, driven, team-oriented supervisor. You will be responsible for working collaboratively with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the success of your individual team by serving as Manager on Duty (MOD) between management team shifts. You will provide leadership to our animal-loving team members; ensure a safe and clean environment for our pups & parents; run an operationally efficient and effective day-to-day business caring for our two and four-legged friends; and ultimately drive sales and profitability by achieving capacity and sales goals.

What You'll Do : Employee Management
Ensure Team Members are following employee policies, meeting performance expectations, appropriately interacting with animals, and performing cleaning dutiesProvide positive or constructive feedback to employees to create and maintain a supportive work environmentProvide input to the GM for the Performance Counseling Process to coach and develop staff members who are not meeting expectationsDrive Sales & Profitability
Foster a culture that empowers team members to develop ownership in the success or failure of the business and personally invest in the goals of the businessCommit to increasing sales by consistently converting leads into customersBuild a relationship and sell values of our services with Parents through initial introduction, facility tours, and the Woof's Meet & Greet ProcessEnsure all team members actively sell new packages and servicesManage front desk operations and fills in for all positions as neededFacility Management
Hold Team Members accountable to Woof's cleaning standards by ensuring proper checklists are used and verifying all duties are completeAssign additional cleaning tasks proactively to ensure high-level of sanitation and an odor-free environmentProvide continuous training on safe Pup handling and general workplace safetyPerform thorough reviews of all Pup incidents to provide constructive feedback, additional training, and develop ability to respectfully address difficult client conversationsProvide input on the dismissal of Pups with ongoing behavior issues and uses each dismissal as a training opportunityMaintain and regularly reviews details records of health and behaviorBusiness Management
Oversees closing procedures and balancing cash when MOD on closing shiftQualifications
Open, full-time availability including weekends and holidaysLeadership experience neededDog experience is preferred
