Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Implement infection control and safety protocols.

Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Provide emotional support to patients and families during their hospital stay.

Engage in professional development and education to enhance nursing skills.
