Compensation

$100–$130 per day

(Pay is based on your education level and / or Texas teaching certification)

What You’ll Do

Lead classrooms using prepared lesson plans to maintain instructional consistency.

Create an engaging, structured, and supportive learning environment.

Encourage participation and foster positive student interactions.

Supervise students throughout the day — during lessons, transitions, lunch, and recess.

Assign and review work aligned with the day’s learning goals.

Record attendance and share updates or concerns with school staff.

Collaborate with educators and administrators to promote academic growth.

For long-term placements, develop and deliver lesson plans that align with school curriculum.

Schedule

Monday–Friday availability required

Full Day : 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Half Day : 7 : 30 AM – 12 : 00 PM or 11 : 30 PM – 4 : 00 PM

Qualifications

Minimum of 60 college credit hours or an Associate Degree (required)

Bachelor’s Degree or valid Texas Teaching Certification (preferred)

At least 1 year of classroom or childcare experience

Strong communication, leadership, and classroom management skills

Reliable transportation and strong punctuality
