Auto Claims Manager

A company is looking for an Auto Claims Manager to lead and enhance the claims department's efficiency and service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and motivate claims staff, ensuring efficient workflow and service levels

Develop strategies to reduce loss costs and improve claim processing efficiency

Monitor regulatory compliance and oversee high-priority claims in Indiana and Pennsylvania

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher

3+ years of relevant claims management experience

Nonstandard auto insurance experience preferred

Knowledge of claims practices in IL, IN, TN, PA, or TX preferred

Proficient with technology and coverage / liability analysis
