AI Engineer

A company is looking for an AI Engineer specializing in Gen AI and Software Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Ship end-to-end GenAI workflows with reproducible repositories and dashboards

Build agentic systems with secure tool / resource integrations and evaluation harnesses

Publish engineering artifacts and engage with the OSS and customer engineering communities

Required Qualifications

6+ years of experience in software engineering with strong skills in Python or TypeScript

Experience shipping LLM-powered features with measurable impact

Implemented planners / executors and familiar with agent infrastructure concerns

Designed LLM / RAG / agent evaluations and possess stats literacy

Experience with queueing, caching, streaming, and debugging latency issues
