Account Representative

To service customers via inbound and outbound calls in regards to presenting and closing customers on products and services, and handle Patient Enrollment and repeat order opportunities in a courteous, professional manner. Identify the reason(s) for the call, utilize the systems to document and route for follow up. When applicable at point of contact, respond appropriately to customers' questions and resolve inquiries. Complete and / or update all pertinent records in Brightree.

This is a hybrid position located in Minneapolis, MN Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 5pm CST.

Major areas of accountability include :

  • Process leads from external departments to complete the necessary follow-up and product offerings
  • Place outbound telephone calls in response to the customer's inquiry as documented on the correspondence, or other approved marketing lead
  • Research and problem resolution, communicating the outcome to the customer as appropriate
  • Complete and / or update all pertinent records in Brightree using Corporate Compliance Guidelines
  • Exceeds Quality and Quantity Performance Standards
  • Supportive in assisting the Department's Leadership Team in achieving departmental goals by completion of tasks, continued training, etc.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and / or co-workers
  • Establish and maintain effective knowledge of policies, procedures, and skills required to complete job duties
  • Available and flexible in scheduling to meet the changing business requirements of the position
  • Responsible for following good housekeeping and quality procedures
  • Follows and observes all safety practices
  • Additional duties required as directed by departmental management

Basic Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year experience in the field
  • Willingness to engage in telephone direct sales
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • English / Spanish bilingual
  • DME experience
  • Brightree experience
  • Call center experience
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Compensation range for this position is $53,173 - $79,759. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
