The UX Content Writer is responsible for providing strategic recommendations for targeted, optimized content delivery as well as managing compliant content for consumer-facing websites and other digital channels.

In this role, you will work closely with agile teams to support key strategic initiatives in the digital space. You will ensure content quality, alignment, and maximize the use of content tools and platforms to drive results. Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills are essential, as you will work with multiple business partners and leaders.

Minimum 5 years of experience in web development teams, collaborating with information architects, business analysts, UX designers, developers, project managers, and results analysts.

You will collaborate with UX Research, Design, SEL, and Product Owners within agile teams to write UX copy and optimize user flows. Manage reviews with Consumer Marketing leadership and ensure final compliance approvals.

Experience in analyzing data from consumer trends, market challenges, user experience labs, and social activity is required.

Proficiency in MS Word, Content Management Systems, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint is expected.

Superior communication skills, including delivering presentations to senior leaders and groups of various sizes, along with strong writing, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment is crucial.

You should be capable of working within a product team, leading content delivery, and collaborating on design discussions from a content perspective. Managing compliance approvals within agile sprint deadlines is also necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX and Design teams to write UX copy and optimize user flows.
• Manage content creation by working with Product Managers, Marketing Managers, and others to articulate objectives, determine relevant content, and coordinate resources for writing, editing, designing, testing, and improving content.
• Contribute to developing a content strategy aligned with marketing and company goals.
• Translate content strategy into business and technology content requirements, including page hierarchy, metadata, search, and tagging.
• Ensure digital marketing tools meet content requirements and promote best practices.

Premium Skills

Experience in content strategy, management, creation, and editing, especially within financial services or similarly regulated industries. Familiarity with agile project management is also preferred.
