Job Description & Requirements Specialty : MRI Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 10 / 20 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift : 12 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a travel assignment. The role involves performing advanced MRI procedures for both inpatient and outpatient populations. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in specialized MRI scanning techniques and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment with rotating call requirements. Responsibilities Perform MRI scans on inpatient and outpatient populations using advanced imaging protocols Conduct specialized studies including : Brain : Perfusion, Functional, Spectroscopy Body : Enterography, Defecography Musculoskeletal imaging Breast imaging including biopsies Spine imaging Ensure proper patient positioning, safety screening, and monitoring during scans Operate MRI equipment and troubleshoot as necessary to ensure high-quality imaging Administer contrast materials as required Collaborate with physicians and radiologists to ensure accurate and timely imaging results Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards Requirements Minimum 1 year of MRI technologist experience (required) Active ARRT (MR) certification (required) Knowledge of advanced MRI imaging techniques and safety protocols Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient care skills About Protouch Staffing Protouch Staffing stands out as a premier healthcare staffing agency in the USA, committed to pairing healthcare workers with positions that perfectly match their qualifications, experiences, and career aspirations.
