• Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Pathologist
• Minimum of two (2) years of Urologic or general surgical pathology experience

About the Role :

Chesapeake Urology is seeking an experienced Pathologist to join our high-performing laboratory team in Beltsville, MD, supporting one of the most advanced and comprehensive urology practices in the country. This position plays a key role in supporting accurate and timely diagnoses to guide patient care across a wide spectrum of urologic conditions.

As part of our CAP-accredited pathology department, you’ll focus on interpreting urologic specimens with access to state-of-the-art equipment and a streamlined, integrated practice model. This opportunity is ideal for a pathologist who values precision, consistency, and contributing to clinical decision-making within a large-scale, physician-led organization.

Base Salary Range : $300,000 - $325,000 annually

Chesapeake Urology (CUA) is the largest urology practice in Maryland and the Mid-Atlantic region, providing a comprehensive of urologic services to patients. Chesapeake Urology’s uropathology laboratory is accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP).
