Your Role and Responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will :

• Employ Nursing Professional Practice : Assess, identify nursing diagnoses, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Develop and coordinate care plans to achieve patient goals and optimize outcomes.
• Advocate : Partner in care planning to promote the autonomy, dignity, rights, values, and beliefs of those we serve.
• Facilitate Learning : Create a learning environment for patients, families, and healthcare team members, including students.
• Align Practice with Safety and Quality : Ensure safety, identify and correct problems, and integrate evidence-based practices into nursing care.
• Engage in Professional Development : Pursue ongoing professional growth and promote a culture of inquiry that explores and disseminates research.
• Lead in the Practice Setting & Community : Coordinate teams, delegate appropriately, and collaborate with inter-professional care teams.
