About this role : The Sales Transformation Project Leader will lead multi-faceted business transformation programs for sales and business operations function.
Key responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain complex project plans, timelines, and corresponding budgets
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and thorough project execution
- Develop and communicate program and project updates, progress, risks and mitigation plans to stakeholders
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track progress, and report on the impact of transformation efforts
- Develop and implement a change management plan to ensure adoption of key processes and technologies
- Collaborate with business process counterparts on sales process improvement opportunities, aimed at streamlining workflows and improving efficacy of the transformation program
- Implement related digital technology improvements through effective project execution
- Deliver and facilitate process training to equip the sales team and other stakeholders with critical skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the new environment
- Remove obstacles and escalate when necessary to ensure project remains on track to committed timeline and objectives
Required qualifications :
Bachelor's degree5+ years of experience in project management including assessing complex business issues and driving improvements10% travelPreferred qualifications :
Superior ability to design and lead high impact, high complexity project plansDemonstrated experience with MSOffice tools, PowerPoint, and Excel, project collaboration tools (Monday.com, Asana) and ability to assemble supporting materials for reviewExperience in a large, matrixed organizationB2B and manufacturing experienceWorking knowledge of practical project management methodologies, best practices and toolsDeep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, best practices, and digital technologiesExperience in leading and managing organizational changeDemonstrated analytical skills, superior problem-solving skills, resourcefulness and strong attention to detailDemonstrated ability to engage at all levels of the organization (tactical to strategic)Capability to both develop strategies and drive tactical executionStrive for continuous improvement and prioritize time managementExcellent written and verbal communication skills with experience crafting communications for executive audiences, storyboardingEffective management and influence of non-direct reporting resourcesDevelop and deliver presentations to leadership and key stakeholders.Pay Range : $109,456 - $191,938 Annually
