About the Role
We are hiring Bilingual (Spanish-English) Outbound Call Center Agents to join our growing team in Houston, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting a healthcare client committed to improving the lives of America’s seniors through high-quality, affordable care.
As a Customer Experience Agent , you will be the first point of contact for Medicare Advantage members, delivering empathetic, efficient, and accurate support. You’ll help resolve inquiries related to benefits, claims, enrollment, and clinical services while advocating for members and collaborating with internal teams.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 / hr.
