Shift Hours : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM
Hourly Rate : $25.00 - $35.00
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ months in a manufacturing facility.
- Proficient in basic shop math, tools, and equipment.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English Language.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
Two-year technical degree or equivalent.1+ years supporting manufacturing in a tech role.Experience applying Lean Six Sigma concepts in a manufacturing environment.Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD or similar software applications.Knowledge of electrical, mechanical assembly processes.SAP Knowledge.Responsibilities
Supporting projects to improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory while working with multifunctional teams to achieve plant goals.Developing standards and work instructions while participating in and supporting Lean activities and training across the facility.Conducting problem investigations, cause analysis, implementation, and follow-up.Developing / maintaining systems associated with production processes.Crafting layouts and flows to establish good visual management.Collaborating with manufacturing, contractors, and suppliers from project implementation.Performing other work as advised by Supervision.Our Commitment to Equity and Inclusion in our Diverse Global Workforce
