Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM

Experience :

• 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

Additional Details :

Required Skills / Experience : Med Surg experience required.

Experience Starting IVs required.

Preferred Skills / Experience : Teaching hospital experience preferred.

Community Hospital experience preferred.

Required Credentials : References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

Procedures / Diagnostics / Treatments Performed on Unit : We have 2 Med / surg units. Due to Critical Access guidelines, 1 unit is designated for observation patients and the other unit is designated for inpatient status patients.

COPD

Post-op Ortho

Lap Cholecystectomy

Appendectomy

Kidney Disease / Dialysis

Upper respiratory infection

Unit / Facility Details : 25 beds

Ratios / Daily Caseload : 1 / 6 for all shifts.

First-timers accepted : Yes

Shift & Scheduling : Will work every other weekend.

Floating Requirements : Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes- will float between 2 Med Surg units as needed.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays : 01 / 01 / 2025, 11 / 27 / 2025, 12 / 25 / 2025. Number of holidays allowed off : 1

1 reference from any number of months (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required after submission

1 reference from any number of months (Charge / Lead reference type) - required after submission
