Brookshire Construction is seeking reliable Assembly and Warehouse workers to join our production team. This role involves constructing the structural framework of products, buildings, or components according to specifications. Position requires working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.

Hourly rate : Level I : $18.00 / hr.; Level II : $20.00 / hr.; Level III : $22.00 / hr. Levels are dependent on experience.

Location : Cuba, MO

Responsibilities :

  • Build and assemble wood or metal framing components using tools such as nail guns, saws, drills, and measuring tapes.
  • Interpret and follow blueprints, layout drawings, or written instructions to ensure accurate framing.
  • Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions with precision.
  • Secure materials together using fasteners, adhesives, or welding (if applicable).
  • Inspect completed frames for alignment, accuracy, and quality.
  • Assist with loading / unloading materials and staging components for the next phase of production.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

    • Qualifications :

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in framing, carpentry, or working in a construction / manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings or diagrams.
  • Skilled in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs.), stand for long periods of time, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
