What You’ll Do :
- Deliver a top-notch experience for every customer, every time.
- Advise homeowners on system upgrades, improvements, and service plans.
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems with confidence and care.
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance like a pro.
- Identify and recommend air quality and home comfort solutions.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and workspace.
- Keep your team vehicle tidy and road-ready (we take pride in our ride!).
- Work in all kinds of places—attics, crawl spaces, closets—you name it.
- Respond to service calls promptly and professionally .
- Document your work with precision and accuracy.
- Mentor newer techs with patience and support when needed.

An experienced HVAC tech with at least 5 years HVAC experienceSolid troubleshooting skills, with extensive knowledge of heat pumps, oil furnaces, air handlers, mini-splits, and other HVAC systemsExcellent customer service skillsComfortable working in a variety of residential environments and all types of weatherAble to safely lift and carry up to 60 lbsSafety-conscious, detail-oriented, and committed to craftsmanshipA team player who values respect, honesty, and a little fun along the wayLicensed and EPA-certifiedPerks & Benefits :
