Contract Coordinator-Associate

About the Role :

Do you have a knack for accuracy and enjoy providing technical support? This role is for you! As a Contract Coordinator-Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our pricing is 99.98% accurate for national, regional, and local accounts. You'll achieve this by reviewing and implementing vendor agreements, supporting various sales teams, and maintaining critical records.

Responsibilities :

Analyze vendor agreements, extract key details, and upload them to our system for various pricing agreements.

Gather agreements from various sources like email and pricing portals.

Assist sales teams (Local, National, CASS, etc.) with pricing and contract management for assigned accounts.

Troubleshoot pricing calculations and answer pricing inquiries using your knowledge of our internal systems. Resolve issues within 24 hours.

Maintain accurate terms listings and communicate with internal departments to ensure timely receipt of agreements and prevent pricing expiration.

Manage reference documents which contain key information on customer accounts and unique pricing arrangements.

Update pricing to reflect changes (District Corrections, internal deviations, margin erosion) and ensure accurate customer pricing.

Prepare audit files, participate in self-audits, and respond to inquiries from Price Audit Analysts.

Conduct monthly reviews of customer contracts to identify potential pricing discrepancies.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Working knowledge of database management systems a plus.
