Our platform provides all of the infrastructure companies need to build apps that scale to millions, without needing to orchestrate multiple vendors. It lets them create experiences that mirror the traditional web with familiar features like FaceID and email sign-ups, while eliminating gas fees and other friction points.

Our suite includes wallets, payments, onboarding, on / off ramps, tokenization, AI agent infrastructure, and other essential onchain building blocks, across 40+ blockchains.

Senior level : $190,000 - $200,000

Principal level : $215,000 - $225,000

Note : We determine candidate levels through insights gained during the interview process.

Seniority

5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record in driving product success.

Responsibilities

As a Senior / Principal Product Manager at Crossmint, you will :

• Lead End-to-End Product Development : Guide the full lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and ongoing iteration.
• Drive Strategic Product Vision : Define holistic user journeys across our product suite, ensuring a seamless and best-in-class experience.
• Leverage Data-Driven Insights : Establish and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Stay Ahead of Competitors : Monitor the market landscape to ensure our offerings remain at the cutting edge of the crypto and blockchain space.

Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to deliver products that resonate with users and align with our high standards.
