As a Security Professional - Commercial Access Driver in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere. Your presence and attention to detail will support a secure environment for tenants and visitors while providing outstanding customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for patrolling various areas within the site. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Monitor and control access points to the location, verifying identification and credentials to help to deter unauthorized entry.Follow site-specific policies and procedures related to access control and security-related activities.Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by assisting with directions, answering questions, and responding to requests.Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe security-related concerns.Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.Support emergency response activities at the location as directed by site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.What We're Looking For :
