We are a growing, upscale trendy concept looking for an eager Bench GM to oversee the high-volume restaurant team!

Bench General Manager Responsibilities

  • Ensure the team receives proper training, coaching, and supervision
  • Manage scheduling, hiring, and onboarding
  • Own performance development, reviews, promotions, and terminations of team members
  • Ensure compliance with all opening and closing procedures
  • Resolve customer service issues professionally and efficiently
  • Act as P&L owner and Guest Satisfaction champion

Bench General Manager Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a similar role within an upscale dining concept
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to engage with customers
  • Flexible to business needs
  • Willingness to learn
