Robert Half is looking for someone with 2+ years of Lease Administration experience for an established company in Monmouth County!

Your Responsibilities :

  • Review, approve, and countersign leases, renewals, transfers, and promotions.
  • Manage Section 8 / rental assistance contracts and ensure compliance with agency and tax requirements.
  • Maintain tenant relationships and accurate lease and financial records.
  • Process applications, screenings, and move-in packages; audit rent rolls, late fees, and lease expirations.
  • Ensure accuracy of Yardi data and correct discrepancies.
  • Oversee move-outs, final balances, insurance claims, legal collections, and account closures.
  • Provide administrative and leasing support across sites, handle escalated resident issues, and coordinate vendors.
  • Generate lease, rent roll, and GPR reports; support market studies, competitor analysis, and leasing forecasts.
  • Draft, execute, and track vendor / service contracts; maintain organized digital records.
  • Complete annual DCA registrations and ensure Fair Housing, HUD, and local law compliance.
  • Provide Elise AI and administrative support to leadership and Property Management teams.

Requirements :

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Yardi and Elise AI experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
