Base pay range

$80,000.00 / yr - $160,000.00 / yr

Must be able to use a PC.

Must be able to follow complex instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization / priority setting skills.

Must be knowledgeable of software coding and following standards and processes that have been published and the guidelines for the design.

Must be able to provide system training to team members as needed.

Must be able to perform under pressure and stressful situations.

May be required to be on call for production support.

Must be able to concentrate and demonstrate a capacity for learning technical concepts and adapting to new technologies quickly.

Must demonstrate experience in front-end development and user experience (UX), collaborating closely with designers and product managers.

Qualifications

Front-end development experience and UX collaboration with designers and product managers.

Ability to learn and apply technical and procedural information; follow published processes and standards.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Willingness to be on call for production support if required.

Salary and Benefits

Annual Salary

$80,000.00 - $160,000.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Factors include the scope and responsibilities of the role, candidates experience, education and training, location, and market considerations. GEICO will consider sponsoring a new qualified applicant for employment authorization for this position.
