As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide vital personal care services under the direction of the RN / Case Manager. You will be assigned specific clients and perform essential services to ensure their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration

Assist with patient hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

Maintain a clean and safe home environment, including meal preparation and light housekeeping

Follow written instructions and care plans

Complete and submit necessary documentation accurately

Qualifications :

Active certification as a CNA in the relevant state

Must be at least eighteen (18) years old

Current CPR certification and TB test required

Standard Pay Rate : $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
