Overview

Saxe Doernberger & Vita, P.C. is a national insurance coverage law firm with offices in Temecula, California, seeking a Paralegal with 5+ years of experience to support multiple Attorneys in our California office. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters proactively and expeditiously, and follow through on projects to successful completion, often under tight deadlines.

Base pay range

$55,000.00 / yr - $75,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

  • Provide Paralegal support for multiple attorneys
  • Manage complex litigation files
  • Oversee filings in multiple jurisdictions throughout the U.S.
  • Manage large amounts of documents and document productions

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years\' experience in complex litigation
  • Multiple jurisdictional experience
  • Bachelor\'s degree or paralegal certificate from ABA approved paralegal program
  • Experience working with various aspects of large case litigation
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to independently prioritize workload
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadline pressure
  • Must possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as oral and written communication skills
