Billing Representative

A company is looking for a Billing Representative who will manage insurance follow-ups and claims processing.

Key Responsibilities

Contact insurance carriers / patients regarding outstanding claims to obtain proper payment

Prepare documentation for appeals to insurance carriers and ensure accounts are set up correctly in the system

Investigate and correct prepayments while meeting minimum production standards set by management

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience

Must be 18 years of age or older

1+ years of experience in medical insurance billing

Experience with computers and Windows-based programs

Ability to work full-time Monday - Friday with flexibility for 8-hour shifts
