A company is looking for an Employee Benefits Client Advocate to support their Employee Benefits team by guiding clients through benefit plans and resolving inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries related to benefits, eligibility, and claims
Guide and educate clients about their coverage and assist with claims and billing discrepancies
Maintain client relationships and ensure compliance with federal and state laws
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service within the employee benefits field
Life and Health license required
Proficient in problem-solving and conflict management
Ability to translate complex healthcare processes into understandable instructions
Flexibility to adapt communication styles to different clients
