Position Highlights :

• Patient Volume : 18-20 patients per day
• Support Team : 2 nurses per provider; 1 APP available with volume growth
• Location Options : Choose from multiple well-established sites in the area for added convenience
• Scope : General primary care; outpatient only with no hospital duties or call responsibilities
• EMR System : EPIC in 2025

Schedule :

4.5-day or 5-day workweek

Compensation & Benefits :

Quarterly bonus structure

Student Loan Repayment : $15K annually (up to $150K total)
