Role Overview

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Project Manager to join our volunteer advertising team. In this role, you will coordinate projects that support our advertising and outreach efforts. You’ll keep creative campaigns organized, track timelines, and work closely with volunteer designers, copywriters, and campaign managers to ensure deliverables move forward on schedule.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and task assignments for advertising initiatives
  • Facilitate weekly check‑ins and track progress in project management tools (Preference for Jira experience)
  • Support campaign managers and strategists by identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions
  • Ensure alignment with WeVote’s brand guidelines and mission
  • Communicate clearly with a diverse, remote volunteer team

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in project management, preferably in marketing or advertising
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with cross‑functional teams
  • Familiarity with advertising workflows or campaign tracking a plus
  • Passion for civic engagement and a collaborative, solutions‑oriented mindset
  • 2+ hours per week during our core team hours M–F 8 a.m. – 6 p.m
  • You are currently located in the US and can work one or two hours that overlap with US Pacific Time per week
