Educate prospective clients on our services and guide them through the insurance claims process. Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through prospecting and networking efforts. Conduct presentations and training sessions to build brand awareness and establish partnerships. Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Work closely with internal teams to optimize the sales process and improve closing rates. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. 3+ years of proven sales experience as a licensed Public Adjuster Strong ability to generate leads, manage relationships, and close deals. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience. Familiarity with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication platforms. Highly organized with strong follow-through skills in a fast-paced environment. Public Adjuster license Extensive training and support to help you succeed. Position : Production Public Adjuster (Licensed)
Location : Primary Locations : KS City, Des Moines IA, State of CO, State of CA, St. Louis, State of IL with emphasis on Chicago
Compensation : $75,000 - $100,000 compensation + Performance-based bonuses
QUICK FACTS :
- Must have Public Adjuster License
- Must have experience with Xactimate
- Must have network of Condo, Apartment, Property Management partners
- Must be able to physically examine all buildings top to bottom (roofs as well)
