Benefits Analyst

A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Administers leave programs and serves as a liaison between vendors and employees regarding eligibility and coverage

Acts as the point of contact for escalations related to leave and disability cases

Verifies timekeeping reporting and prepares invoicing to ensure compliance and accuracy

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree

Preferred : Certified Benefits Professional (CPB) certification

Less than one year of experience in an HR department or as a benefits assistant

Basic knowledge of retirement plans and health insurance options

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
