TRIFECTA deploys Commercial Electricians who thrive in fast-moving environments, capable of wiring, troubleshooting, and upgrading electrical systems that power critical infrastructure across the Southwest.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Commercial Power & Distribution Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems from 120 V to 480 V.
- Lighting & Controls Systems Install, wire, and commission lighting controls, occupancy sensors, and automation systems.
- Panel & Breaker Work Perform upgrades, terminations, and installations of service panels, subpanels, and transformers.
- Emergency Power Systems Maintain UPS, generator feeds, and automatic transfer switches to ensure continuous operation.
- Conduit & Raceway Installation Bend, route, and terminate conduit and cable tray systems to blueprint specifications.
- System Upgrades & Retrofits Execute electrical modernization projects in live commercial environments.
- Testing & Verification Perform continuity, insulation resistance, and load tests on active circuits.
- Safety & Compliance Follow NFPA 70E, OSHA 10, and LOTO protocols on every site.
- Collaboration & Coordination Work directly with general contractors, foremen, and engineers to complete projects efficiently.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
4+ Years Commercial Electrical Experience Proven work in hospitals, schools, offices, retail, or mixed-use construction.Conduit & Wiring Expertise Skilled in EMT bending, MC cable, and panel terminations.Lighting & Control Systems Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting dimming systems, sensors, and relays.Blueprint & Print Reading Able to read one-lines, risers, and wiring schematics.Safety Credentials Current NFPA 70E, OSHA 10 / 30, and proven LOTO compliance.Availability Able to start within 2448 hours and work 4050 hrs / week.PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience with data centers, healthcare facilities, or critical infrastructure .Familiarity with BAS / BMS integration and low-voltage control wiring.Forklift or aerial lift certification.Fire alarm or emergency lighting system experience.Background in rapid deployment or response work a plus.WHAT YOULL EARN & WHY IT MATTERS
