End Date : January 19, 2026

Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM (12-hour days)

Hours per Week : 36 guaranteed

On-Call : 3-4 shifts per month, including one 24-hour weekend shift

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1910 - $2040

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Arkansas Registered Nurse (RN) license

Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room RN experience

Proficient in circulating for GYN, ENT, Urology, Orthopedics, General, and Vascular surgical cases

Experience with MediTech EMR system

Clinical experience with pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations

Certifications required : ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

Current OR RN skills checklist (within 1 year)

Two supervisory references with employment dates

Permanent address required for submission

Candidates must reside at least 90 miles from Batesville, AR

OR RN Responsibilities

Deliver patient care using the nursing process in accordance with established clinical standards

Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Circulate for a wide range of surgical procedures : GYN, ENT, Urology, Orthopedics, General, and Vascular

Provide comprehensive physical and psychological support to patients throughout the perioperative experience

Maintain professional communication with patients, families, and visitors

Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled
