Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications :

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Ability to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with collaborative models of service delivery

Location : Pendleton, OR

Responsibilities :

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments to students.
  • Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students communication goals.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy as needed.
  • Assist in the development of IEPs and participate in IEP meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interventions and progress.
  • Support and oversee the work of Speech-Language Pathology Assistants as needed.
