Epic Cogito Principal Trainer

A company is looking for an Epic Cogito Principal Trainer to enhance data literacy and improve tool adoption within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design and update role-based training materials for Epic's Cogito tools

Deliver engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for various user groups

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training content meets organizational needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Epic Cogito Fundamentals (COG 170) certification (Preferred)

Cogito Principal Trainer (TED 105) certification (Preferred)

Minimum 2 years of Epic application build support experience in the last 5 years

3-5 years of experience in instructional design or training, preferably in healthcare IT
