We are seeking a remote sales operator - associate level who will be responsible for introducing and educating clients on the permanent benefits they are entitled to through labor unions, credit unions, and / or associations. This role requires a candidate who is people-focused, service-oriented, and confident in building long-lasting professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct presentations with clients virtually and in group settings
  • Develop rapport with new clients and follow up to strengthen connections
  • Explain permanent benefits with clarity and empathy
  • Ensure documentation and client updates are completed accurately & on time
  • Support team members in reaching shared goals and performance standards

Requirements :

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 6 months - 2 years of customer service, sales, or team leadership experience
  • Proficiency with online platforms (Zoom, Google Sheets, Forms)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client engagement abilities

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Ability to present confidently in both one-on-one and group settings
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working toward targets
  • Skilled in time management and multitasking
  • Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor
