Are you looking to take your accounting and finance career to new heights? We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Controller to join our dynamic team. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in our company's financial operations, providing critical support in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures. Responsibilities :

As a Controller, you will be responsible for :

1. Overseeing all financial and accounting operations, including the review and approval of ledger reconciliation and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

2. Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis, and making strategic recommendations to top management.

3. Preparing and publishing timely and accurate financial statements, coordinating the preparation of regulatory reporting, and ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

4. Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

5. Collaborating with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.

6. Evaluating and managing risk, performing effective risk management, and proactively addressing any financial issues that may arise.

7. Managing and complying with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate for the Controller position should possess the following qualifications :

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. An MBA, CPA, or related certification is highly preferred.

2. A minimum of 5 years of accounting and finance experience with management experience.

3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

4. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and direct a team.

5. Excellent analytical skills with a thorough understanding of financial trends and business practices.

6. Proficiency in accounting software and experience with a software system implementation.

7. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey financial information and complex financial concepts to non-financial managers.

8. High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

9. Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
