Operations Manager

A company is looking for an Operations Manager, Systems Strategy & Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Build scalable systems to allocate labor, track OEE, and schedule orders

Implement strategies to ensure on-time delivery of all orders

Partner with Product and Data teams to define system requirements and enhance architecture

Required Qualifications

6+ years in operations, manufacturing, or systems-focused roles

Strong program / project management skills with cross-functional system rollout experience

Experience designing and implementing systems for scale (ERP / MES, scheduling)

Data-driven with proficiency in SQL or similar tools

Self-starter with high ownership and ability to navigate ambiguity
