– Chicago or Milwaukee

• Client is seeking an attorney with 1 - 8 years of relevant experience to join the Health Benefits Practice within the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Practice Group in our Chicago or Milwaukee office. Alternate Foley office locations may be considered based on business need and the candidate’s experience. This full-time position could be either partner track or non-partner track, depending upon the candidate’s background, interest, and experience.
• We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly motivated attorney with strong academic credentials and superior writing, communication, and organizational skills. A positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an exceptional work ethic are essential.
• To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and must be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where the candidate is admitted to practice. Timely admission to the Bar coinciding with the office of hire will be a condition of employment. Pursuant to the Illinois Equity Pay Act, the expected salary range for this Denver based position is between $225,000 - $390,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law
