About The Position New Berlin, Wisconsin Advanced Practice Provider (NP / PA) – Occupational Medicine / Urgent Care Locum Tenens Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a leading occupational medicine and urgent care network in New Berlin and the Greater Milwaukee area . This ongoing locum tenens opportunity offers Monday through Friday scheduling with no nights, weekends, or call — perfect for an experienced APP seeking balance, consistency, and professional growth within a well-established outpatient care model. Opportunity Details : Location : New Berlin, WI Contract Type : Locum Tenens Setting : Outpatient Occupational Medicine / Urgent Care Clinic Start Date : ASAP – Ongoing Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Duration : Long-term ongoing contract Patient Population : Adults (employees, public safety, and occupational health) Daily Volume : 18–25 patients per day (mix of occupational health and urgent care) EMR : Proprietary, streamlined occupational health system Clinical Responsibilities : Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses Perform DOT, pre-employment, and surveillance physical exams Conduct urgent care visits for minor illnesses and injuries Administer vaccinations and point-of-care testing Collaborate with an offsite supervising physician Document encounters accurately within EMR system Provide clear communication and follow-up care with patients and employers Candidate Requirements : Licensure : Active & unrestricted Wisconsin NP or PA license Certifications : DOT / FMCSA certification (or willingness to obtain) Current BLS (AHA) required Experience : Minimum 1 year in Urgent Care, Family Medicine, or Occupational Health DEA : Active and unrestricted with South Carolina address Skills : Must be proficient in basic procedures (sutures, splints, wound care, etc.) Why Join Rhino Medical : Consistent weekday hours — no nights, weekends, or call Competitive compensation direct deposit Malpractice coverage included Dedicated credentialing and scheduling support Work in a stable, nationally recognized employer health network Ready to elevate your clinical career in a supportive, well-organized outpatient setting?
