GENERAL SUMMARY :
The Law Clerk plays a key role in supporting attorneys by conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and helping attorneys prepare depositions and trials.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Conduct comprehensive legal research utilizing electronic databases and other digital resources.Prepare clear, concise, and well-structured legal memoranda to support case strategy and decision-making.Gather, evaluate, and synthesize relevant facts and case details to assist in ongoing legal matters.Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents under the supervision of attorneys.Assist attorneys with deposition and trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and case materials.Handle sensitive information in strict compliance with data protection and confidentiality protocols.Maintain awareness of industry developments, best practices, and emerging legal trends.Perform additional related duties as assigned to support legal operations and team objectives.ESSENTIAL SKILLS, ABILITIES & COMPETENCIES :

Bachelor's degree requiredMust have completed at least two years of law school and be entering the third year (2L / 3L status)Prior experience in a legal setting, such as internships, clerkships, or paralegal work, strongly preferred.Familiarity with legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and case management systems.Experience drafting legal documents and supporting litigation processes is a plus.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
