About The Position

Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Cath Lab Technologist to support the Arrhythmia and Electrophysiology team. This 13-week assignment requires proven scrub experience in either cardiovascular lab (CVL) or electrophysiology (EP). The ideal candidate thrives in high-acuity environments and has a strong grasp of interventional and diagnostic cardiac procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

Scrub, circulate, and monitor diagnostic and interventional CVL and EP procedures

Assist with PCI, stenting, pacemaker / AICD insertions, EP studies, and cardiac catheterizations

Operate and maintain specialized imaging and procedural equipment

Ensure sterile technique and safety throughout procedures

Monitor vital signs and arrhythmias; assist with rhythm interpretation

Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure seamless patient care

Accurately document all procedures using Epic (preferred) and PACS systems

Maintain compliance with hospital safety standards and procedural protocols

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Cardiovascular Technology program

Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience

Scrub experience in CVL or EP is required

First-time travelers accepted

BLS and ACLS certifications required

ARRT or RCIS certification preferred

Core Skills :

Left / Right Heart Catheterizations

PCI / PTCA and Cardiac Stent Placements

Pacemaker & AICD Insertions, Temporary Pacemakers

Electrophysiology Mapping and Ablation Procedures

Rhythm interpretation and sterile technique

Use of PACS & imaging systems, contrast and radiation safety

Advanced / Preferred Experience :

TAVR, ASD Closures, Impella, ECMO

Coil Embolization, Thrombectomy, and Thrombolysis

Vascular and Neurological Embolization

Liver Biopsy, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis

G-Tube Placement, Nephrostomy, IVC Filter

Renal / Mesenteric Angiography and Dialysis Graft Interventions
