We're seeking a Partnership Manager to build and manage strategic relationships across three key channels : startup ecosystem partners (accelerators, incubators, and startup programs), major technology channel partners (Google, Microsoft, AWS, etc.), and marketplace platforms. This role focuses on creating mutually beneficial partnerships that drive growth and support our customers across diverse business stages and use cases.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and engage with premier accelerators (YC, Techstars, 500 Startups, etc.), emerging startup programs, and ecosystem partners
Identify new, high-value ideal customer profiles (e.g., MBA programs) to target and test zero-to-oneMaintain a pipeline of potential partnership opportunities across different channels, verticals, and geographiesProgram Design & ExecutionDesign and launch programs tailored for startup ecosystem partners, including demos, learning resources, and perks packages
Create co-marketing initiatives and joint go-to-market strategies with channel partnersDevelop marketplace optimization strategies, including listing management and promotional campaignsEstablish clear success metrics and KPIs for each partnership channelRelationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for accelerator partners, channel partner managers, and marketplace representatives
Build deep relationships with key stakeholders across the startup, enterprise, and platform ecosystemsCoordinate cross-channel initiatives including cohort launches, co-marketing campaigns, and marketplace promotionsProvide ongoing support and troubleshooting for partnership initiatives across all channelsRequired Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem roles spanning multiple partnership typesProven track record building relationships with accelerators, enterprise channel partners, or marketplace platformsUnderstanding of both early-stage startup needs and enterprise partnership dynamicsStrong negotiation and project management skills with ability to manage multiple partnership channelsExcellent communication and presentation abilities across different stakeholder typesExperience designing and launching partner programs across diverse partnership modelsPreferred Qualifications
Previous experience with both startup ecosystem and enterprise channel partnershipsPrevious experience as a founder, operator, and / or venture capitalistExperience with SaaS or B2B products targeting both startups and enterprisesBackground in community building, channel management, or marketplace operationsMBA or relevant advanced degreeThis Role Is A Good Fit If You Have
