Specific qualifications for this role include :

Based on experience, the expected pay range for this position is between $ 16.50 per hour and $27.65 per hour. This is achieved through a base hourly wage ranging from $14.90 to $19.60 , a commission of 1.5% to 6% based on individual sales performance, and additional compensation to ensure minimum wage if necessary. Associates are also eligible for a quarterly bonus based on overall store sales.
