As a certified nursing assistant (CNA), your primary responsibility will be to provide basic care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN). You will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and wellbeing of patients by assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Shift : Full Time Evenings 3 : 00pm 11 : 00pm

Every Other Weekend Rotation Required

Pay : $23.34 - $25.13

Plus $1.50 Per Hour - Evening Shift Differential Offered!

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with their personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Help patients with mobility by aiding in walking, transferring, and positioning.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the nursing staff.
• Assist in feeding patients and ensuring they receive adequate nutrition and hydration.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Respond to patient calls and provide them with emotional support and companionship.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment by changing linens, tidying patient rooms, and replenishing supplies.
• Document patient information and report any observed changes or concerns to the nursing staff.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure the welfare of patients.
• Assist in transporting patients to various departments within the healthcare facility as needed.
