Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer

with a great attitude who takes pride in their work to deliver exceptional customer service to both our existing and our growing customers. In this role, you are expect to create a pleasant and memorable experience at every point of contact for the customer, while working with a great group of highly motivated and dedicated teammates.

EARN :

$20 - $25.00 Hourly + overtime after 40 hours per week + SA Monthly Incentive Plan

HOURS : M-F :

7 : 00AM-5 : 30PM CST

Requirements :

High school diploma or GED is required

Must possess a current valid driver's license and have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

Willing to commit to building the customer experience and a shop reputation for honesty, transparency, and outstanding work.

MUST HAVE at least 1 or more years’ Service Writer / Advisor experience or other experience that closely matches the Service Advisor responsibilities.

Develops a great working relationship with the Technicians that is founded on respect.

Strong customer service skills.

MUST HAVE 1 or more years’ experience in a sales role or demonstrates an ability to sell and lead.

Compensation details :

20-25 Hourly Wage
