Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our team. The Marketing Analyst will play a key role in enhancing our marketing effectiveness by transforming data and voice of customer (VOC) into actionable insights. This position will analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
Market & Consumer Research
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand customer behavior, buying habits, preferences, and demographics.
- Segment target audiences using demographic, behavioral, and psychographic criteria.
Data Analysis & Insights
Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets using analytical tools and statistical techniques to identify trends and insights.Develop data models to evaluate marketing performance, forecast trends, and support business planning.Strategy Development
Provide data-backed recommendations to inform marketing strategy, product positioning, pricing, and promotional initiatives.Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing strategies with business objectives.Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor and communicate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives to measure ROI and identify improvement opportunities.Prepare clear, visually engaging reports and dashboards to communicate key insights to stakeholders.Competitive & Trend Monitoring
Continuously monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to identify emerging opportunities or threats.Recommend adjustments to marketing plans based on market intelligence and stakeholder feedback.Qualifications
Minimum 3 years in marketing analytics, market research, or marketing operations (B2B or industrial / manufacturing environment preferred).Strong analytical and numerical skills; ability to interpret and synthesize complex data.High proficiency in Excel use and modeling and familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.Experience with data modeling, visualization, or statistical tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Pardot, Wrike, SQL) preferred.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical findings into actionable business insights.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.Demonstrated curiosity and interest in industrial technology and innovation.Education
Bachelors degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
