Description :

We are seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist for a night shift position.

This role involves working a schedule of seven nights on followed by seven nights off.

The hours will be from 20 : 00 to 06 : 30.

Weekend coverage will be required every other weekend.

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will possess required certifications.

Experience with various patient age groups is essential.

Skills needed include proficiency in inpatient and acute care settings.

Knowledge in anticoagulants, cardiac dosing, and clinical dosing is important.

The role requires expertise in geriatric dosing and high-risk medications.

Pharmacokinetic dosing and therapeutic medication monitoring are necessary skills.

Experience with chemotherapeutic agents and compounding is preferred.

Qualified candidates should have experience with IV push medications and sterile techniques.

Familiarity with electronic documentation systems is required.

The position involves working with diverse patient populations, including neonates and geriatrics.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work within an interdisciplinary team are essential.

Candidates will float within various departments based on patient census.
