System Administrator Team Lead

A company is looking for a System Administrator Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Oversees installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware

Designs, tests, and implements updates and configurations for network systems

Develops and maintains disaster recovery plans and performs scheduled tests

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent experience

Microsoft certification (e.g., MCSA, MCP, MCITP, MCSE)

Five years of experience administering networks and managing servers

Four years of experience managing Exchange server

Three years of experience developing disaster recovery plans
