A company is looking for a Sr. Employment Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
Provide advice and counsel on employment and labor law obligations
Act as a strategic business partner to stakeholders, including Management and Human Resources
Draft and review complex employment documents and assist in policy development
Required Qualifications
Doctor of Jurisprudence and admitted to practice in state bar of residence
Minimum of six years of experience in employment law
Preferred experience in providing in-house employment law advice to national employers
Experience with merger & acquisition activities and executive compensation matters is preferred
Ability to develop and deliver successful presentations to internal audiences
